Overview
PrepArena offers a generous free tier so you can try the app before subscribing. We want you to be confident in your purchase before you pay.
Subscriptions via App Stores
If you purchased your Pro subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by the respective store:
Apple App Store
Request a refund through Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the PrepArena subscription
- Follow the prompts to request a refund
Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours.
Google Play Store
Request a refund through Google:
- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
- Select the PrepArena subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription or request a refund
Google's refund policy allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase for subscriptions.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings
- After cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the paid period expires
- Your game data, PAR rating, badges, and progress are preserved even after downgrading
Promotional Offers
Free trial periods and promotional offers (such as "First 3 months free") are not eligible for refund. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the app and the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at hello@preparena.in. We will review your case and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
